Stage and Theatre curtains can be professionally Dry Cleaned and Flameproofed either onsite at your Hall or School or, if the sizes are suitable, we can remove them and clean at our premises.
In most cases its better to carry out the process on site as the convenience of not having to take large curtains down and transport them away is a far more efficient use of time and allows the curtains to hang out whilst they are drying. The whole operation normally takes 4 to 5 hours then allowing overnight for drying.
As part of the service we will undertake to treat the curtains with a fireproof solution which then brings your curtains up to the British Standard BS5867 Part 2B
We will travel pretty much anywhere within the UK mainland, obviously the cost of travel is a factor to take into account, but from our base in Cambridge we are quite happy to cover an area of around 200 miles.
